I really cant praise the Team enough at Goldstone cars. They sent me videos of the car and it was exactly as sold. Upon pick up all perfect. I didnt notice at the time that the Rear Wiper wasnt working. Telephone call later new motor ordered. Driven the car to my house in SW France perfect. The purchase experience was excellent and I will buy another car from the Guys when I am in the market again.

Excellent Car Sales
I live on the Isle of Wight and had the car delivered to Southampton. I hadn't seen or test drived it so it was a bit of a gamble but I need not of worried. The car was of excellent quality and even though my bank messed up my account Imran was very understanding and eventually I was allowed to spend my own money . Totally 100% recommended.

Excellent service, from the first phone call to picking up the car, we were very impressed with Goldstone Cars. The two guys were very helpful, even arranged for our car to be filled up with fuel as we didn't know the area. Paperwork all done efficiently and we are delighted with our new car. We travelled a fair way but definitely worth the journey!

Very good experience overall
Spotted my dream car on Autotrader, unfortunately over 100 miles away. Contacted Goldstone who couldn't have been more helpful making my visit worthwhile with a thorough test drive and lots of time to inspect the car. Goldstone were knowledgeable regarding the specific model and were clearly motoring enthusiastics. I arranged to purchase the car and they make the process as easy as possible, even opening the garage earlier to fit in with my travel arrangements. A very enjoyable experience and I am completely happy with our new car.

I Bought the car ( Audi A5 cabriolet )on someone else's recommendation without seeing it. All sorted over the phone, had the car delivered to my house and loved it straight away. Very clean inside and out, and came in well above expectations! The guys are friendly, very helpful and have superb customer service. After a recent purchase, I am seriously lost for words to describe my experience here. I can safely & happily say that I've never met two friendly, genuine, kind and willing people in my life. Sadly I am unstable to mention names:( . There is nothing these gentleman wouldn't do to continue their excellent reputation. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before the purchase. I actually phoned on a Saturday when no one was at the garage, and he even cancelled his important family commitments to show me around the vehicle. He was there within 20 minutes of my call. Now if that isn't utter kindness and outstanding customer service, I don't know what is. All of the vehicles at the premises were all cleaned and presented at a very high standard. When I purchased the vehicle, I also bought them too. If you get me? I made a purchase there for their genuine mannerisms, politeness, friendliness and passion for excellence. We visited two other dealers (both on Auto trader) before coming to Goldstone Cars & in both cases were really disappointed: neither dealer seemed particularly keen to sell us anything and the cars weren't quite as good as the ads had led us to believe. In contrast, Goldstone Cars were very responsive when messaged through the site and we were impressed with the detail of their ad and the clarity of the accompanying pictures. On arriving for our appointment the car was waiting for us outside the premises, and it was in just as great condition as the write-up and photos suggested. The salesmen were friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help us. We bought the car on the spot and, after sorting out the tax and insurance, were able to drive it home straight away. We were also very pleased with the three month guarantee, which we hadn't expected with a car of that age. All in all, a great experience.

Solid car and service
Found an older, low mileage two owner Mercedes E class here. Well presented honest car with all the documentation. Glow plug issue resolved before picking up. 4k miles since with no major problems. Would recommend and return in future.

I have just bought a prestige car from Nassar at Goldstone Cars I can tell you without question i have purchased over thirty cars in the past twenty five years and this experience was by far the best. Preparation of the car was exemplary detailed service history and nothing was to much trouble, in this day and age it is a breath of fresh air to find honest trustworthy people. Just Brilliant
There is only on word to describe this dealership "Brilliant" Nothing was too much trouble. From the point of seeing the car on Auto Trader and the first contact to collecting the car which I have to say is absolutely stunning with everything as described. The service is and was truly outstanding. Can't fault the car or customer service!
After seeing a car on Autotrader we booked an appointment with Goldstone to view it. When we arrived the car and all the paper work were ready and available for us to view. We were allowed a nice long test drive to get the feel of the car and look for any potential faults or problems. In the end the car was better than described with all relevant paperwork. Even better we were able to purchase the car and driveway on the same day. Can't fault the customer service we received on the day with absolutely no hard sell or pressure to buy. We did have a question about the car the following day and we received a swift response with instructions on how to change the brightness of the dashboard lights which were a bit dim at night. They sorted out the car tax and warranty at the time of purchase which was also a bonus. After the service we received i would be happy to recommend Goldstone Cars to any looking for a used car.

The two owners of Goldstone Cars were wonderful to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, they could not have been more helpful and they were extremely professional and knowledgable and utterly trustworthy. The BMW 330d I purchased was accurately described in every detail and beautifully presented. Although some 120 miles plus from me I would definitely contact them in the future.
